We hope you are doing well as we enter the final weeks of 2022 and want to end the year on a high note. On Black Friday, we launched FormFutura ReFill PLA and PETG. You may have seen us post some information on social media or in one of our emails about.

That is why we are excited to announce a contest running from the 12th of December to the 23rd, in which we will challenge anyone who can design and 3D-print to create and upload their own design. The winning designer will receive a 750gr ReFill PLA or PETG coil in every color currently available!

The winner will be announced on December 24 (Christmas Eve).

Draw, model, and print your one-of-a-kind design and upload it to printables, thingiverse cults, or your preferred platform, then tag us on Twitter, Instagram, or Facebook to let us know you want to participate and possibly win the ReFill PLA or PETG coils!

Assessment criteria

●        Overall quality of the model.

●        Printability. Is the model in the optimal orientation, is it divided into several parts for easier printing (without support) etc.

●        Originality – If you make something truly unique, it will be rated better than a slightly modified existing model.

●        Popularity - Share your model to increase its popularity and prove that users appreciate such a model.

●        Your other works – When we can't decide between two favorite designs, we often look at your other models to see what you can do.

●        Assembly instructions – If your model consists of several parts, we check how easy it is to assemble the final product.

●        Photo Quality – Well-lit, sharp, and clear photos show off your work and help us choose the best designs.

How do I participate?

Entering this competition is easy. Just follow these simple instructions.

Design and make a model or improve an existing model (“remix”) so that the result fits the theme of this competition. The model must be printable on an FFF/FDM or SLA 3D printer (any make and model). This also means you don't need to own a 3D printer to participate. When creating the model, consider the advantages and disadvantages of different types of 3D printing technologies and what can and cannot be done.

Add the model to the contest by sharing your model with us on social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest,...), and don't forget to add @FormFutura. This can help increase the model's popularity.

Requirements

●        The contest runs from December 12, 2022, to December 24, 2022.

●        You can submit any number of models (unique) to the contest and increase your chances of winning.

●        Models submitted to the contest must be new models uploaded on or after December 12, 2022.

●        You must be the original creator of the model you are uploading. Please don't post other people's models from other sites.

●        Submission of entries that do not meet the contest criteria will result in disqualification, and repeated violations may disqualify you from future contests.

●        Results are at the discretion of the jury and all results are final.

●        The core size and max flange diameter must be stated. Both halves no more than 250g of filament, without support
